Características
It is a USP, monopropylene glycol (MPG) based heat transfer fluid with FDA approved corrosion inhibitors. Zitrec FC is accepted by NSF for use in the food industry.
Thawing, chilling and freezing are often parts of the same food chain. It offers protection against boiling, corrosion and freezing.
Applications:
– Cooling processes in beverage industries such as: wine, beer, milk, juice, etc.
– Fermentation processes, where the tank jackets are cooled by glycol water.
– Bottling processes of carbonated beverages such as: champagne, cava or beer. Thus avoiding the loss of carbonation.
