EXTREME ULTRA Leak Sealer is a 100% compatible, polymer-free additive for A/C and refrigeration systems operating with refrigerant gases (CFC, HCFC, HCF, HFO and CO 2 ). It can be used for both preventive and corrective maintenance of an HVAC&R system:
– Preventive maintenance: the additive is introduced to act in case micro-leaks appear in the system, thus avoiding the loss of water:
o Refrigerant and consequent emission to the atmosphere.
o HVAC&R system performance.
– Corrective maintenance: once micro-leaks and refrigerant loss have been generated, the additive is introduced into the system. In this case, it was NOT possible to avoid the loss of:
o Refrigerant and consequent emission to the atmosphere.
o HVAC&R system performance.
Most likely, micro-leaks will not be detected in time and system shutdown will occur.
Description EXTREME ULTRA:
It is the leak sealant that guarantees the repair of micro leaks up to 0.3 mm in air conditioning and refrigeration systems (HVAC&R).
It is the evolution of EXTREME with a superior efficiency that allows the reduction of the required dosage: only 6 mL of product for all types of systems up to 21 kW.
Application in A/C and refrigeration systems:
1. Turn on the air conditioner and set the temperature to minimum.
2. Identify the charge valve of the air conditioner and connect the adapter.
3. Connect the syringe to the adapter and close the high pressure valve (pump down).
4. Enter EXTREME ULTRA into the system.
5. Open the high pressure valve.
6. Disconnect the syringe from the external unit.
7. Keep the air conditioner on for at least 30 minutes.
Dosage in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems:
The 6 mL (0.20 fl oz) syringe is the dosage for systems up to 21 kW – 72000BTU/h – 6 TONS.
Application in vehicle air conditioning systems
1. Start the vehicle’s engine.
2. Turn on the air conditioner and set the temperature to minimum.
3. Identify the charge valve on the low pressure side of the A/C system and connect
the adapter to the valve.
4. Connect the EXTREME ULTRA syringe and insert into the system.
5. Disconnect the syringe from the system.
6. Keep the air conditioner on for at least 30 minutes.

The 6 mL (0.20 fl oz) syringe is the universal dose for any vehicle.
