Fatal ammonia refrigeration system leak ends in $170,000 fine.

USA: A Boston fish wholesaler faces fines of more than $170,000 for serious safety violations after an ammonia refrigeration system leak.

Facility manager Brian Caron died March 23 when he was fatally struck by an ammonia leak caused by a pipe rupture in the engine room at Stavis Seafoods Inc.
